Joe Decepida, Project Manager, PGAV Planners, St. Louis, MO. Joe brings expertise in the public sector role in encouraging retail development. His experience includes working with the City of St. Louis Economic Development Agency as a Retail Development Specialist as well as providing consulting services to smaller communities.
