Planning Community Input

Input from stakeholders is critical to developing plans that meet local needs and rely on local political, financial or volunteer support. Whether working on a citywide strategic plan, an organization annual action plan, a plan to address a specific need, or other planning project, professional guidance through the input process will result in clear, actionable results and efficient use of participants’ time. CGS staff will suggest the format for your group’s meeting and other means of gathering input, tips for reaching out to potential participants, prepare background material as needed, facilitate meetings, and prepare a report presenting your plan. Fees are based on estimated time required and are provided in advance of any work being done.
