Innovative Practices in Local and Regional Development

Local government officials and community leaders are eager to learn about strategies that work to improve and maintain economic competitiveness.  CGS compiles case studies of local economic development practices that provide real-life examples of cutting-edge and innovative practices. These practices are selected to represent innovation, or the first or early use of a practice. CGS incorporates this ongoing research on innovative practices into our work on local and regional economic development strategies.  They are also used in articles, webinars, and white papers to help accelerate the pace and improve the quality of information-sharing about innovative local economic development practices.
