Anastasia Kocher

Anastasia Kocher, MPA, joined the Center for Governmental Studies in December 2022. Previously, she was an administrative director for the Southeast Asia Youth Leadership Program at the Center for Southeast Asian Studies at Northern Illinois University. Anastasia obtained her Master of Public Administration and her B.A. in International Politics from NIU. Her research involved developing strategies on cultivating a diversified workforce in government. Kocher’s primary professional interests are strategic management and leadership, workforce development and training, and diversity and inclusion.
