Association Management services offer administrative and financial support for organizations serving the public. CGS services are a cost-effective solutions to core association needs.
Community, Workforce, and Economic Development works with local, state, and federal agencies to create an attractive local and regional investment environment, present a strong case for attracting or retaining businesses, and determine the impact of development and policy changes.
Workforce Development prepares labor market analyses and profiles; researches innovative workforce development models and strategies; integrates workforce initiatives with economic and community development efforts; and supports policy development to better align workforce supply and demand.
Informatics team members design, build, manage, and mine databases of all sizes to support public organizations in their problem-solving and decision-making. Customized program management tools are easy to use and visually dynamic.
CGS' Data Visualization team works in the following areas: Data specialists working with public data from IDPH, ISBE, ICCB, IBHE, IDES, Census Bureau, and BLS primarily; Data access, interpretation and visualization tutorials, presentations and workshops; Data portals;Dynamic Mapping; Mapping assistance.
Public Management and Training offers services for units of local government, state and federal agencies, and non-profit organizations. We support public administrators, policy makers, and elected officials through leadership training, strategic planning, and specialized programing.
The Survey Research team offers a full range of survey research services, all of which may be customized depending on the clients’ requirements. Our professional researchers work with clients to design projects that provide actionable information to meet their organization's needs. The Survey Research Team is staffed by individuals from a wide range of fields to provide the highest quality survey research services. We complete approximately 40 projects per year.
