Jie Huang

Jie Huang, Ph.D., has experience in providing analytical data; support such as data preparation, data cleaning, data standardization and validation; and statistical analysis using SQL, SAS or other tools. Jie is also responsible for documenting analysis processes and reporting on findings. He uses record linkage software, The Link King, to support identity resolution services and create a Master Client Index (MCI) for enhancing data exchange among ILDS agencies. Jie also uses SAS to apply record linkage rules to improve matching accuracy. Currently, he is working on the CDDA and the Dynamic Analysis Network (DNA) projects. Jie earned a Ph.D. in mathematical sciences from Northern Illinois University.
