Workforce Development and Economic Analysis

We stand apart by analyzing – and actively shaping – workforce strategies through deep insights and collaborative implementation.

Many workers are unemployed or underemployed. At the same time, about 70 percent of companies report that they have trouble finding qualified workers to fill open positions. We're here to help your community align workforce supply and demand to strengthen the economic prospects of individuals, companies and the community. We start by gathering data, then we collaborate and guide organizations through implementing the right initiatives and policies for workforce optimization.

Our mission is to empower policymakers and practitioners by providing innovative analyses and strategies that maximize their workforce investments.
